- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, collected in anonymised form for security and statistical purposes.

a) Responding to your information request
Sending the free informational document you have requested. Lawful basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
b) Informational and promotional communications
Sending, by email, editorial newsletters and related content. Lawful basis: your freely given, specific and revocable consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and PECR Reg. 22).
c) Legal and regulatory obligations
Retaining records where we are required to do so. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. How long we keep your data
Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, and in any case for no longer than 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law.
